Después de una larga temporada envuelta en tristezas, penurias y a punto de hacer recortes serios de personal en la empresa. El resto bar Humaliwo, reactiva su economía al ver la luz de esperanza al final del túnel.
El pasado sábado 27 de abril se realizó un evento masivo que volvería al restaurante el ojo del huracán turístico una vez más, el local abriría sus puertas con un evento dedicado al vallenato trayendo desde Colombia a Luisito Tapia y a Linda Vélez para dedicar a la gente clásicos de este género musical.
Aproximadamente tuvo acogida a más de 150 personas. El costo de entrada para el evento era de 20 dólares por persona y una vez adentro, recibían una cerveza Corona gratis, así mismo, a quienes llevaban su sombrero temático, o como se lo llamó aquel día, “sombrero voltiao”, recibía una pequeña cortesía de tequila servida en un vaso muy pequeño (shot).
“Después de todo el tiempo que hemos pasado sin tener buenos ingresos para el local, ya sea por los recientes problemas eléctricos o los pasados toques de queda, al fin puedo ver a Humaliwo regresar a lo que era antes. Claro que un fin de semana no cubre todo lo que no se ha ganado en un mes, pero el progreso es lo que importa”, declaró Leny Suarez, administradora del restaurante, mientras miraba con gran orgullo a las personas que allí se encontraban, divirtiéndose y pasándola bien al ritmo de la magia musical que los envolvía en ese momento.
