En medio de la ciudad de Jipijapa, a la altura del by-pass vía Manta-Portoviejo, se encuentra un parque que ha sido abandonado y se ha convertido en un verdadero nido de malezas y desolación, generando inquietud entre los residentes locales. Las hierbas altas y el descuido general han transformado este espacio en un lugar desolado y desatendido.
Según los testimonios de los residentes locales, el parque, que antes era un lugar lleno de vida y alegría, ahora parece haber sido olvidado, como un rincón abandonado en medio de la ciudad. Las malezas se alzan como gigantes silenciosos, cubriendo los senderos y despojando al parque de su encanto original.
«Solíamos traer a nuestros hijos aquí para que jugaran en los columpios y disfrutaran de un momento al aire libre. Pero ahora, el parque está tan descuidado que se ha vuelto intransitable, como un laberinto en el que es fácil perderse», lamentó María Delgado, una madre residente en las cercanías con una mirada que reflejaba decepción.
Además del deterioro físico, el parque se ha convertido en un lugar problemático durante las noches, cuando se observa a personas consumiendo sustancias prohibidas, perturbando así la tranquilidad de los moradores. Las actividades ilícitas han generado preocupación y temor entre los residentes locales.
Ante esta situación, los residentes han levantado su voz exigiendo acción por parte de las autoridades municipales. Han solicitado que se destinen recursos para limpiar y restaurar el parque, devolviéndole su antiguo esplendor y convirtiéndolo en un lugar seguro y agradable nuevamente.
Con estas acciones, se espera que el parque recupere su antiguo esplendor y se convierta nuevamente en un lugar de encuentro y recreación para las familias de Jipijapa. Los residentes confían en que, a través del trabajo conjunto entre la comunidad y las autoridades, se pueda restablecer la tranquilidad y el bienestar en la zona.
