En la ciudadela Los Ángeles de la parroquia General Alfaro, existe una calle que cuenta con alumbrado público averiado, provocando la falta de luz desde hace más de seis meses.
Muchas de estas calles se encuentran en total oscuridad por lo que sus postes de alumbrado ya no funcionan y no se han tenido el mantenimiento requerido, los moradores del sector no han hecho ningún reclamo a las autoridades competentes para el mantenimiento de los alumbrados.
Beatriz Larrea, moradora del lugar, manifestó que el poste de alumbrado público lleva siete meses sin ser arreglado y le genera mucho miedo salir en las noches hacia la despensa del sector porque la calle está muy oscura y lo único que alumbra son los focos de las casas vecinas. “Por aquí pasan muchas motos y me da miedo que me asalten” expresó.
“Aquí en esta calle han robado hasta en el día, pero obvio da más temor salir por las noches ya que ese poste de luz no funciona la mayoría de las veces”, comentó Freya Vera, habitante del sector Los Ángeles.
Existe la presencia de delincuentes y por las noches las calles sin luz generan pánico en la comunidad.
