En la tarde del 16 de noviembre, la Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí, abrió el Paraninfo a toda la comunidad universitaria para que puedan ver el partido de Venezuela vs Ecuador, que se disputó en el estadio Monumental de Maturín, en Venezuela, por las eliminatorias al mundial 2026.
Dio inicio a las 17H00, la comunidad universitaria esperaba que “la tri” pudiera ganar el encuentro. El marcador terminó 0 – 0, un partido sin ninguna sorpresa por parte de los dos equipos, ninguno logró completar un buen ataque para poder marcar gol.
“Un partido sin nada de ataque, los dos quipos no jugaban nada, Ecuador dominó gran parte del partido y no logró hacer un gol, Venezuela por su parte no hizo ninguna jugada de ataque en la que nos diera un susto. Espero que, contra Chile la tri se ponga las pilas y podamos ganar”, expresó Juan Ronquillo, estudiante de la Uleam.
Félix Rodríguez, estudiante de la carrera de marketing, mostró su descontento por el marcador final. “Ecuador pudo hacer más, solo generaba en la mitad de la cancha y en el ataque no hay nadie quien pueda hacer los goles, nos hace mucha falta Enner Valencia”, agregó Félix.
La comunidad universitaria espera que Ecuador pueda ganar 3 puntos necesarios contra Chile, partido que se disputará el martes 21 de noviembre en Quito, en el estadio Rodrigo Paz Delgado.
